The gallery, located in the historical Palazzo Gavotti, offers an itinerary through art from the fourteenth century all the way to the present day, with paintings, sculptures and pottery. Some pieces that stand out are the extraordinary Crocifissione of Donato de' Bardi, a unicum in the landscape of renaissance painting, the Pala Fornari of Vincenzo da Foppa and the great politicians of the age of the popes of Savona Sisto IV and Giulio II.
