FINALBORGO
Rightly considered one of the jewels of Liguria, a few miles away from the lively coast, this village was founded in 1100 by the Del Carretto marquises. Thanks to its historical walls, palaces, churches and castles, Finalborgo gained recognition in the National Association “I Borghi piu' Belli d'Italia” (The most Beautiful Villages in Italy).
FINALMARINA
A breathtaking sunset walk on the beach, a romantic castle overlooking the marina, buildings
of great artistic value. Strolling through the centre of Finalmarina is a wonderful journey that
takes you back to the seventeenth century: the palaces, dating back to the Spanish
domination, boast slate portals, original ornaments and coats of arms.
FINALPIA
The village of Finalpia preserves its rural origins with great respect for history and tradition, and rises between terraced hills dedicated to the cultivation of grape vines and olive trees. In Finalpia you can find top-quality vineyards like Vermentino, Pigato and Rossese DOC of the Riviera Ligure di Ponente, olive groves of the cultivar Taggiasca and citrus groves including the popular Chinotti, Slow Food presidium of the province.
VARIGOTTI
With its crystal clear waters, stone piers, colourful houses and a stunning viewpoint on the Saraceni bay, Varigotti is all about the sea. The village is bordered on the western side by the steep and verdant cape of Punta Crena; towards the mountain side you will find an easy path to the medieval church of San Lorenzo, overlooking the sea.
